Who we are

DigitalTVNow ("we", "us") provides IPTV subscription plans to customers in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at any time on WhatsApp at +44 7882 507715.

Information we collect

  • Contact details: your WhatsApp name and phone number when you message us, and an email address if you choose to give one.
  • Order details: the plan, number of devices and duration you choose, and your activation and renewal dates.
  • Payment information: confirmation that a payment was made, the amount and the method used. Payments are handled by the provider you choose (for example PayPal, your card provider, Western Union or Remitly). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Support information: messages you send us and details about your device or setup that you share so we can help you.

How we use your information

  • To set up, deliver and renew your subscription (performance of a contract).
  • To answer your questions and give technical support (performance of a contract).
  • To confirm payments and prevent fraud or account sharing (legitimate interests).
  • To keep records we are required to keep by law (legal obligation).
  • To tell you about renewals or offers, only where you have agreed or are an existing customer, and you can opt out at any time by telling us on WhatsApp.

Who we share it with

We only share your information where needed to run the service: with the payment provider you choose, with WhatsApp (Meta) as our messaging platform, and with authorities if the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.

Website and cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with them. Clicking a WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and order records for as long as you have an active subscription and for up to 6 years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. Support conversations are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the date it was last updated.
